INFRASTRUCTURE
We offer our customers bespoke design and manufacturing solutions to meet their supply chain needs. Our state of the art infrastructure with modern machinery and skilled craftsmen supports us in serving them effectively and efficiently.
We are liaised with modern tanneries with a production capacity of approximately 1 million sq. ft. leather per month. With robust vendor base in Europe, Middle East and South Asia, these state-of-the-art tanneries offer secure production capabilities and scale to suit growing customer demand as well as seamless communication. The finest selection of our leathers combined with skilled craftsmanship brings out timeless and beautiful products from our factory.
Leather Division
Our Hand Bags Division has the capacity to produce 10,000 bags per month (expandable up to 20,000 bags) in every possible range, cut and style with the aid of world-class manufacturing processes. The unit is SA:8000 certified, possess the best of local manpower and is equipped with latest Italian and German machinery. It is capable of making all kinds of bags; casual & formals, embossed, printed, distressed, quilted, etc.
Hand Bags Division
We have a dedicated unit and team for wallets and small leather goods in Kolkata. At present our unit has production capacity of 45,000 – 50,000 pieces per month. The product profile ranges from wallets, purses, travel accessories, gift items, eyeglass cases, smoking accessories to pet accessories. Our 100+ employees work to ensure that our products quality and delivery schedule are executed with utmost care.
